Established in 2003 as a limited liability company, AI&C is wholly owned by private shareholders and works in the field of art. The share capital is paid up to a limit of 50% (CHF 66,000).

AI&C currently employs 3 professionals of different nationalities and with different perspectives, all with more than 10 years' experience on the international level.
